Hotel is situated near Germany border. Filipov is located in the area of rugged send stones, in hills and mountains with outlook towers on their tops, in mysterious valleys with loquacious streams, in forest with full of animals and rare flowers, in National park Czech Switzerland. There are four different mountains - Czech middle mountain, Děčín highlands (Labské sandstone), Lužické mountains and Šluknovská upland. Each of these areas have their own unchangeable character. The territory around towns Varnsdorf, Rumburk and Šluknov used to be called "Böhmisches Niederland" for ages. „Czech Nederland" is now more known as Šluknovský hook, which is the northernmost point of the Czech republic. There is also the northernmost village called Lobendava. Its original name was Severní which is a part of the village Lobendava today. Local hilly countryside reminds forehills of Šumava. The area abounds in lookout towers and view points, cottages along the ways and in the middle of the green hillsides breathes peace and coolness. This region belongs to one of the most beautiful area of the Czech republic.
